Travel Awards for Students, Trainees, Fellows, and Junior FacultyNote: The Travel Award application deadline has closed.Travel awards (bursaries) of up to $1,000 are available on a competitive basis for students, trainees, fellows, and junior faculty (within 5 years of initial faculty appointment). To be eligible for an award, applicants must submit a scientific abstract related to research in vasculitis and provide a letter from a mentor or supervisor confirming the applicant’s status as a student, trainee, fellow or junior faculty member. Some travel awards may be approved before the December 1 deadline. Travel award applicants are encouraged to submit abstracts and letters early. The four highest-rated abstracts will be selected for oral presentation on the first day of the Workshop. You are able to indicate on the submission site if you are applying for a travel award and upload a letter of support. If you are submitting more than one abstract, you need only apply for a travel award one time.
Accepted abstracts will be published as a supplement of Rheumatology (published by Oxford University Press).
