This letter of invitation to attend the Workshop does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. We advise you to contact the appropriate government authorities and the Embassy or Consulate in your country in order to facilitate all travel and visa requirements.
Please note that this invitation does not, in any way, imply a guarantee of acceptance or financially oblige Vasculitis 2019 for the expenses you incur for travel and conference attendance. All Workshop attendees are expected to pay the registration fees according to Workshop policy.
Registration for the Workshop opens in April 2018 and abstract submissions open in September 2018 with acceptance notices in January 2019. Registration and lodging closes to all applicants on March 22, 2019; unless the registration limit was reached prior to that date.
